What shipping methods do you offer?

We dispatch your order from one of our fulfilment facilities located across the world, including the Americas and Europe. Because of that, we use different premium carriers such as FedEx etc, based on which fulfilment option is more time and cost efficient for each order. 

Our shipping methods do not include unpacking, assembly, and removal of packing materials.

How can I track my package?

You will receive a tracking number soon after your order is dispatched. Simply visit the carrier's website and enter the tracking number to see the location/status of your package.

If more than 7 business days passed since your order was dispatched in your country and you haven't received your tracking number, please contact us with your order number and the subject "Tracking # For My Order".

We will get back to you with your tracking number if it’s available.

I just placed an order. When can I expect to receive it?

USA, Canada: estimated 5 to 10 business days, from the moment the tracking number was issued

The UK and Mainland Europe: estimated 6 to 10 business days, from the moment the tracking number was issued

Weekends don’t count towards these timelines.

Orders are processed and dispatched on a first-come-first-served basis.

We generally depend on the speed and efficiency of customs and mailing services in each country. Sometimes we experience very fast shipping times, while others there are delays that we really cannot control or influence.

We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and we are able to send your order either to your home or to a family member's home. We cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Shipments can only be delivered to physical addresses.

Please allow at least 20 days before contacting us to inquire if you haven’t received your order by then. Some mailing services tend to experience longer delays in delivering orders. We, unfortunately, cannot control these delays and appreciate your patience in allowing additional time to receive your order.

Shipping and handling ("ships in") times displayed on are estimated times. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond's control once it leaves our facilities, we suggest that, if you have a special occasion or event that you wish to use your item for (such as a birthday, Christmas, anniversary, etc.), you order your items well in advance. cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth order experience as much as possible. 

Shipping and delivery times are calculated in business days from Monday to Friday. In the case of major holidays such as Easter, Christmas, New Year, etc. please allow extra delivery time. During those special occasions, we will do our best to provide notices to reflect possible delays. 

There may be occasions when confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered in a timely fashion, will contact you and offer to cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.

I made a mistake in my shipping details. Can I change them?

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. can not make changes to your shipping address once a package has been shipped, and is not liable for packages lost or returned to sender due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses.

Any chance my order gets lost on the way? Do you guarantee delivery?

We commit to deliver every product ordered in our store! If your order has been dispatched and you don’t receive your order within the estimated delivery timelines, feel free to contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

If you know the mailing service in your country tends to be less efficient, kindly allow additional time for delivery before considering your order lost on the way.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days from the date it was dispatched in your country, we will do our best to find a solution.

What if my order arrives damaged?

We do our best to provide our customers with the best quality product and impeccable order experience. However, some factors are beyond our control and can result in your product being damaged. If you received a defective, incomplete or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 24 hours from the time you received your order and we will be happy to assist you without delay.

Will I need to provide any documentation to receive my order?

Depending on your destination country and local rules and regulations, you may be contacted by a local agent regarding the clearance of your order through customs.

Any communication with official institutions for the clearance of your package will be done in writing, usually through electronic communication such as email. You should not provide any personal information or documentation to unknown institutions or agents who have not proven the validity of their identification, or to email addresses different than the official email domain of agents. For example: emails coming from DHL should come from official email domains and end in, etc depending on the country.

Please note that customs or shipping agents will never ask for confidential information such as but not limited to: full credit card number, PIN number, mother’s maiden name etc.
